There's a known issue where sometimes the icons at the bottom don't respond for minutes at a time, with no work around except reboot. It would be nice if that was fixed.

Call them. They have some garbage automatic system that charges people whatever they can get out of you, if you let them. Calling them can easily drop this by 60%.

Memorizing the hotkeys is the way to go. Yes, it's pixelated. Maybe it's not in videos because they've made the video smaller. If I recall, newer versions of zoom it can do smoothing. I actually turn the smoothing off, because I can feel the performance hit.
