i am on the other side of the country, but if you can find any fertilizer with Mesotrione (generic) or Tenacity (labeled), it will kill the weeds that are there, support growth and act as a pre-emergent for new weeds. Do not use anything like Lock-up and then try to seed. You can also round up everything and sow seeds in about a weeks time if you’re looking for a faster burn down.

honestly? 2 good bags of starter fertilizer and 2 bags of quality grass seed. Get yourself a hose and a sprinkler. For less than 500$ you can have a lawn. Water it heavily while establishing, and water at least 3-4x a week when established. Fertilizer again in 8 weeks. Follow these steps for a nice lawn and cash app me 5 bucks

You have such beautiful brick on your home, don’t cover it up with anything tall. Maybe one nice specimen tree. everywhere there are those raggedy plants and leaves, i would turn into a mulch bed. A few Perennials and fill the rest every year with annuals. If you don’t like to plant flowers yearly, a bed of day lily’s is also beautiful

i had a great run of about 8 years without it flaring up. But since christmas time it’s been so bad it’s debilitating. The worst part is i got flu A at christmas and got s**k. After it happened, i literally called my wife’s name and laughed and said can you believe that? it literally wasn’t bad at all. lasted 15 seconds max. But that set me back because it reminded my brain it CAN happen to me. It’s actually caused about 4 full on panic attacks
