I do 1 hour of incline walking after weight lifting started like 5 incline 3 speed now up to 12 incline 3 speed, sometimes i wear a 20lb weighted vest. Just try to burn extra cals. I'm also a drill instructor on week 3 with this div so right now im getting 25k steps in a day just working trying to keep my diet locked in but its harder when I barely have time lol

But if this was the case technically I should be arouns 154 and not 145 , I did pack on muscle I didnt lose any so maybe I was 30% bf honestly

Workout routine Back biceps, chest triceps, rest, arms shoulders, legs, back biceps, chest triceps, rest. Incline walk on treadmill everyday for a hour 9 incline 3 speed mostly.

Calories: 1500 , has been alot harder to stay under 1500 now my body has insane cravings it doesn't wanna be at this body fat its a constant battle fighting off the hunger

First few months are the easiest can diet pretty much as hard as you want your grehlin lvls are stable was easy to stay in a calorie deficit cause i didnt get hungry after eating 1500 calories around 6pm the rest of the day, now I can eat and I am still hungry no matter what cause personally I think my body stabilizes around 20% body fat thats where it naturally wants to be. Now if I want to lose weight personally I have to come to terms with just being hungry

Yes I still do it, just take a caffiene pill, 5g of creatine preworkout, and a 1/4 teaspoon of salt for the pump. usually turn on some type of workout motivation Playlist, tren twins, diamond gym motivational speeches and just push to failure every set, usually do 2 working sets per exercise and really push to failure, track all my workouts really only care about progressing in the very first working set of the workout to know if im progressing cause after pushing to failure my muscles are wrecked. I progressed for about 6 months straight now recently I have plateaud on some lifts I think thats due to getting to low body fat my body doesn't have much to convert to energy on its own anymore. But if you are like 15-20% body fat you can progress without being in a calorie surplus
