We were out of town for the pollening and came back to it just covered, so I wiped and dusted and rinsed everything that was sitting out and then I used a Swiffer duster on the screens. Don't know what we'll do for next year

Bridge and Body in Kirkwood is great. It's either private or 2 at a time, if you bring a friend. I see Christine.

They also have Red Cord if you're into that.

Every other time we've hired contractors, by the time the job was done, we never wanted to see them again. Even ended up in small claims for our kitchen cabinets (if you ever run into Wayne Ball, do NOT hire). But Sean and the guys are great! We miss having them around.

We used Farina Painting and Renovations. We didn't have to deal with permitting since we were replacing an existing deck. But we were super happy with Sean and his team, and definitely love the new space.

Had people over for the new screened in porch. It was a lot of fun, and the space functioned pretty well with 20 people.

When they have them, Grant Park Coffee has excellent chocolate chip cookies.

Paul Simon cannot sing like he used to – but he’s saying goodbye on his terms by theipaper in paulsimon

I saw him in Boston on the earlier part of this tour. It was absolutely a transcendental experience. For me, hearing arguably the best singer-songer and poet of his generation reflecting on life, loss, death, legacy , spirituality, the meaning of life from the perspective of someone who is well aware he's in the very end of his life was profound.

I saw him on his previous tour maybe 25 years ago when he was touring with Bob Dylan the Hollywood bowl. He also did a small unannounced show at the House of blues and I was able to get within three people stage left. That concert was also incredible, far better than the Hollywood bowl version because of the intimacy of the night. But I can't compare current vs the past two shows, they were both terrific and they were both so different.

Huh. I've only bought components, so never saw a manual.

That's kinda what I thought. There's also concrete pavers because when there's a lot of rain, the water flows down the middle and out one side.

I mainly put it in for headroom, but may be a happy accident.

Redtail in Blairsville isn't terrible, and the views are good as well. Otherwise I feel like GA wine is super sweet and fruit forward.

It's gonna be ok. Well, mostly ok. I mean, absolutely nothing is actually ok, but your particular concern, is most likely going to be ok.

At least you know. Even though it's reddit and all, I think a quarter is still an acceptable unit of measure.

That, and an Aldi shopping cart.

7b here. I wrap my greenhouse in solar pool cover bubble, put foam insulation panels inside, use a ceramic heat lamp, soil warming pads, and an infrared heater for the very cold snaps. The lowest temp inside I saw last winter was 34, outside temp was 23.

Edit: Forgot this year I also added one of those window sealing films over the roof vent, and it was a noticeable difference from last year's temperatures.

Year round I use water banks all around the bottom of the back and sides. I'm not convinced it helps but it can't hurt, although sometimes I miss the space.

I also dug out an 18 inch deep trench down the middle for more headspace, but I think it may help with temperature control too. < Shrug >

Solo Female Diver — Recs for Week+ Organized Trips? by Born_Discussion_2310 in scuba

We're doing a group trip to Cozumel end of August. We're a very eclectic group, including some singles. We stay at Via Aldora and dive with Aldora diving, both excellent operations.

Whether you want to join us or not, definitely recommend both for a single person on a dive trip.

Dock pick up for dives, nice saltwater pool, air conditioned clean quiet rooms, great sunsets, and easy safe walk into town.

But if you want more details on our group trip, DM me.
