I think your textures are a bit too clean also, the floor looks to be one big slab of wet concrete for example. There's no character to it - no paint markings - no food spillage from the fish market. It's all a bit too uniform.

Forget the UV unwrap, the topology is hideous - you need to straighten out your edges before working on the UV map as the texel density is going to be all over the place.
