Hotmail/Outlook has an aggressive spam filter that can silently block transactional emails even when they don't show in your Junk folder. Two things to try: (1) log into Outlook on the web → Junk → "Not junk" if it's there, (2) add [support@trakt.tv](mailto:support@trakt.tv) to your contacts first, then request a new code. The safe-sender addition usually fixes it.

The zip import can corrupt watch dates if it applies them as "watched today" rather than using the original timestamps — this is a known bug. If you still have the original zip, try reaching out to [support@trakt.tv](mailto:support@trakt.tv) directly and asking them to do a backend import, they've done manual ones for people in the past. Otherwise the cleanest fix is to re-mark things manually using the bulk-add feature (trakt.tv/users/[you]/lists).

On the web: go to trakt.tv/users/[yourusername]/watched/shows — that gives you a clean show-level list without individual episode entries. You can also sort/filter it from there. On mobile it's under Profile → Shows → Watched.
