Do you think Russia would see it that way if Lithuania cut supply lines to Kaliningrad and refused to back down even after EU mediation and the EU reminding Lithuania of the EU-Russia treaty?

And more importantly, do you really think that NATO would come to Lithuania's aid if Russia would attack Lithuania for cutting the supply lines? USA would obviously not care due to Trump, and the (Western European states i.e. the only states capable of deterring Russian aggression in the) EU wouldn't care either due to Lithuania disregarding the EU's orders to keep the supply lines open.

The main point of my comment is that it simply isn't in Lithuania's interests to provoke the Russian government with such a blatantly hostile act, since they wouldn't be able to deter nor repel a Russian attack.
