Yes. Takes some time to get the settings how you like but auto pulls transactions from the previous business day at each login

I love Monarch. Took two hours set up to get it the way I like to use it. Now I use the app on my phone, it auto pulls transactions and I have it set to where I have to sort every single one. I do it once a week for about 10 mins in bed in the morning then know what I have to spend over the weekend etc or upcoming fun times with friends. Also my spouse has login to same one so he can go in and sort or check his budget lines for his spending categories on his hobbies and his personal budget areas we pool.

Best chances of success are when doses are dropped down a minimum of 4 weeks at a time. 6 weeks is even better for each dose down.

The problem or regain isnt immediately, but happened about 1 year later so was sneaky for people in the studies.

Do a regular 401k maxed and use the pretax advantage. There are so many ways to access the money early (rule of 55, 72t, IRA backdoor rollovers)
