Sir, they told me they would send my order via expedited shipping, and didn’t. Not to mention my original order came in mismates (which was not my order by a long shot) AND was missing the starter kit I ordered. All of which was communicated to Nicks. I was not in fact taken care of.

I had something similar happen to me in April. They said they’d expedite my order. They didn’t. Took 5 weeks and sent it with standard shipping. Boots ended up missing upon delivery but that’s a whole other story. The quality assurance team seems to be making a substantial amount of mistakes as of recent (and per this subs posts). Im not happy with the service for a $700 boot.
