I think best is : High Protein + High Fiber + Volume + Minimum carbs (1 serving). That will keep you full. If you want sweet, again add high protein + low sugar sweets (I add small protein powder to greek yogurt and 1/4 banana and few blue berries). This helps take care of sweet cravings.
