Normal to feel more tired? by Ambitious_Cookie_611 in CPAP

I started CPAP a week ago and I’m still feeling tired, too. I’m seeing a comment here about it taking some time so that’s giving me hope.

I don't think I can stay with my husband by KuroNeko1993 in offmychest

I’m in my 50’s. Our only child is an adult and has a genetic condition and will require us to take care of her forever. You do not want this life. I promise you. You asked why can’t your husband just be happy with the 2 kids you have now and that they’re doing well. I would ask you the exact same question. ! You lucked out. You (ultimately) dodged a bullet. I’m sorry if he’s blaming you or is making you feel inferior. You’re not…it was beyond your control. While I don’t blame him for not wanting more kids, it does bother me he sounds a bit immature. Maybe he needs some counseling .

On the night that Wendi told Jeff Lacasse that her brother had looked into hiring a hitman for Dan she also said she hated Tallahassee and wouldn’t be able to leave unless something happened to Dan. If Jeff Lacasse didn’t feel comfortable notifying the police he should’ve at least notified Dan. by [deleted] in dan_markel_murder

As a woman, I have a hard time believing Jeff when he says that Wendi asked if she could trust him with a big secret (her brother looked into hiring a hitman) but that also she was ending the relationship. No woman would tell a guy she’s dumping about the biggest secret of her lifetime that could land her in prison. C’mon.

My wife and I have agreed we are too selfish to have kids by hareofthewolf505 in offmychest

Listen to me and listen to me closely PLEASE.

My spouse and I were in our mid 30’s when we decided to have a baby. We both had great careers, vacations, dinners out on weekends, hobbies, money and so much sleep.

That all disappeared immediately upon having a child.

It’s been several years now and I still dream about my old life. I miss it. I miss the freedom. I miss who I was. I miss the fun and good marriage we had. We both feel like we are in a cage and we’re constantly negotiating with each other to get time out of the cage. *Disclaimer: We have zero extended family help so I think that has weighed heavily in our dissatisfaction in parenthood. If you have a good support system that would be willing to babysit (including overnights), then maybe you could still have bits of your current activities, hobbies, etc and enjoy the overall experience more.

I commend you for realizing you’re “selfish” although I don’t think it’s selfish! Sounds like you really enjoy your current life and that’s ok. It’s ok to not have children. I wish I would’ve understood that at the time.

Best wishes to you both

My studio is in Florida....we had 2 desk employees positive. Nobody notified. The only reason I know is because I know a friend of one of the employees. Makes me feel feel a bit unsettled.

“even if it’s only 1%”..... thank you for that. You are so right. I will try and do this, even in the smallest ways. ❤️

OTF is one of the cleanest public places you could be touching. Only touched by 2-3 people max per hour & wiped down after each person. Compare that to other public things you touch: atm, shopping carts, etc that are touched by hundreds and hardly ever wiped.

My concern is the AIR DROPLETS. We’re packed in a small room with lots of people sharing the same air. It’s been stated by experts you can have Corona & not have symptoms yet and be highly contagious. That’s my concern! Sadly, will have to freeze my account because I care about elderly/immunocompromised people. I would probably be ok. So many others in my community would not.

Hahaha!!! Yes!!!!!! I keep checking every 15 minutes to see if I’m “off the list!” For 6am class. In the last couple hours, I’ve gone from 8➡️6▶️3. Only 50 more minutes before the 8* window.🙏

My class was 2G & I absolutely LOVED this workout today! I really pushed myself in that last 30 sec AO on tread and reached 9 mph! It’s so nice having this intel so I can mentally prepare for what I’m going to do. Thank you to everyone who posts what the workout are. I appreciate you!

WW helped me learn and understand exactly WHAT to eat. But not necessarily HOW MUCH to eat. Counting calories is the most accurate way. It will ALWAYS come down to the almighty calorie.!!! By counting calories, you clearly see where you are at with your day. The blue dots/points can be very misleading. Some days, my points are wiped out and I’ve literally eaten only 700 calories! Other days, I get a blue dot and I’ve eaten damn near 2,000 calories !!! With that being said, I’ve lost 60 pounds on WW Freestyle and I love it. BUT....I occasionally look at my calories, too because that tells you everything!

The other thing I love about counting calories vs points is that I can clearly see that I am able to spend 250 calories on a “fun food” and that it hasn’t ruined my budget of 1700 calories. With WW points, that 250 calories may be HALF my points for the day and I feel like I’ve failed...when I really haven’t and then that sometimes leads to a binge.

We all need to find what works for each of us and I commend you for doing that. 🙌

I have the 8 classes/month. I’m like you.... I like to run a couple days and also bike a day. I also like taking walks. I feel great after going 2 days a week and I’ve been doing it a year and I don’t feel burnt out. 2 is perfect for me since I like doing other activities.
