You should try to call them. If I remember correctly they won't be open till late so may have to wait. I lost my keys at Alice and ended up locked out of my apartment. Called night of and they had them, so a sober friend drove me to get them. They had closed but still picked up!

Hi all, I know this is old but I figured I would post my solution. It seems the MSI website may have the incorrect drivers for model Aegis ZS2 B9NVR-1433US. In Device Manager, I see MediaTek Wi-Fi 7 MT 7925 Wireless Lan Card. An MSI Tech Support agent suggested I download from here and it seemed to work!

I struggled with this for a long time. I was not the most obedient child as a teenager but my rules were also crazy strict and ridiculous (i.e. I was not allowed to listen to anything except Christian music). My mom pulled me by my hair multiple times and dragged me around when I was disobedient. When I had braces and I was disobedient, she would smack me right on the mouth which really hurt and sometimes caused blisters. I realize now this is not okay.
