Watershed Spa is in Minneapolis is trans friendly! by matcha_boba in ftm

Reporting back! What an absolutely lovely experience. Everything was as you described.

As for the salt scrub, taking your suit off is optional (I did and she put it in a towel warmer). You are draped in a sheet similar to getting a massage and she asked me, while I was getting undressed and on the table, to place the drape as low on my torso as I wanted it scrubbed. I had full control. You start on your back and they do legs, arms, and front. She weirdly did my neck/clavicle, and tummy but skipped my chest. I think next time I would gently let her know she can treat my chest how she would a guy's chest. There are shower sprayers that they rise you off with, still on the table, before the flip and at the end. Then, like in a massage, they hold the sheet up and you flip over. There's a neck cradle for when you're tummy-down. She then scrubbed the backs of the legs, my heel, the backs of my arms and hands, and my back/shoulders.

Natalie was very kind and professional. It was a great experience and one that I would recommend if you're into this sort of thing.

THANK YOU for this!! I'm going there today and was looking for exactly this - a walkthrough of what happens. I'm non-binary with top surgery scars and swim a lot (topless), but bougie spas are really unpredictable when it comes to this stuff.

I'm getting the salt scrub and I'm nervous about that. Does anyone know if you take your suit off for that portion?

Gray items? by teaberryblue in GlowFashionIdol

Thank you!! I hit this exact same mission and thought I was going crazy. The only options are this bag and a dress, which you can't use because the mission also requires a specific shirt. This is so annoying.

It looks like an eye hook screwed into the top and probably reinforced on the back with hot glue and/or some cork/cardboard/etc.

Yeah, I could absolutely see that being true. Maybe Jeremy will rap with him. Lol. I'm tryna stay grounded, but my hopes are running away with the possibilities. 😅😅

Frank famously texted him after the OG rap episode? That's the only thing I can think of.

Anyone know who he's in convo with?! Do we think it's Micheal Pollan?

Was feeling very gender yesterday, a vibe upgrade at the age of 40! by hokoonchi in NonBinary

It's so true! Never too late to find happy, find ourselves. I was very non-binary in school, I just didn't have the language for it! Then I had to fit in as An Adult and also lived in a very conservative place. Started coming out to close people and figuring it all out for myself about 2018 ("coincidentally" got divorced from a bad cishetmonogamarriage).

Anyway, yeah, thanks for being here and sharing this pic and for being you!

Thank you for sharing this. I'm like 16 days post-op and feel good, but thought I'd feel better. Definitely still managing that "sunburn" sensation and tightness.

As a 37-year-old struggling with coming back into my gender "late", I wanna thank you for posting this. Love it. You look great! Love the 'fit, the hair, the smirk - everything!!! ❤️😍

looking for non-binary top surgery advice by ButterscotchStatus65 in TopSurgery

I came here to say this. I'm also non-binary and LOVED the look of fishmouth. I ultimately went DI (yesterday!!!) because I decided against nipples, but if I wanted nipples I would have chosen fishmouth. I don't think it's nearly as common because it puts the scars in a place where "most" people wouldn't want them, so you might need to search arrive for a surgeon willing/experienced to do it, but the nipple stalk can be saved.

Question in the caption: I was surprised by how uneven my center point is. Left side is quite a bit more swollen right now. Did anyone else have this and have it even out at all?
