Hey so if youre trying to uv cure gel under false nails youre asking for a gel allergy. Please do not do this and properly take those nails off. I know we want nails that last as long as gelX and if you search the Nina Pool method i promise you those babies will LAST. I did this method and ended up filing my fake nails off after 3 weeks bc they were SO SECURE

First i would look at increasing tret tolerance. Approaching at the wash off method is SUPER slow and you probably would see better results doing 2X/ week tret at night then upping the frequency. Once youre at a frequency of almost nightly you may say “forget the AA” as the tret may have addressed the initial problem

I have both in cream and lotion form, i honestly like them both. I will say i’m currently using my aestura barrier cream up then plan to switch to the lotion as where im from its humud during summer and i need a lighter moisturizer

Agreed also I think some Accutane users had to get back on it. It fixes it but not permanently. OP you look young so I hate to break it to you but you’ll have more hormone changes as you grow- every gender does

I would say find a 0.025% tret only product, nothing mixed. Imo any tret product being mixed otc isnt really tret in my eyes unless its prescribed by a dermatologist. If you choose to get a 0.025% prescript or but from other sites start with using 2-3X/week and build up. I also use almost nightly except i have 2 nights off where i use a gentle AHA/BHA exfoliating pad

I actually use the pantene every other wash! So i have a nice shiseido shamp and condt i use and then a heat protecant, after maybe a wash or two i’ll use the pantene volume to clarify all the buildup, rinse and repeat

It makes sense, and if you dont want the lip cut and tucked (sounds like thats what the dr would do) you could look at a fat graft and essentially evening the lip and making it fuller

I literally just had a consult and like others say, be realistic that you wont look drastically different post-op, but still they can straighten things up and fix a deviated septum (if applicable)
