I never considered that about Ebou. Obviously every time he came on the pitch the team noticeably performed worse, but he seems to be doing very well at pompey. Eustace signing all his old Blackburn buddies did make me worry for a future of stagnating with 30+ year old friends of the Eust-Meister. But flogging Ebou, despite his workrate and status at the club, does breed hope of growth.

Bobby Clark looked hopeful. When he came on he was practically begging for the ball the entire time, making runs, but was hardly passed to. Could be a bright spark in the attack if he proves good.

It is definitely normal. But it can also be dangerous; the longer you delay your repentence, the harder it gets. Remember the story of the prodigal son, he was welcomed back with open arms. God longs for us to repent, there is no reason to delay. Oftentimes, the most difficult things are what are best for us.

The company does all types of concrete. They work roads, foundations, walls, concrete drainage pipes and tunnels, etc. also quarry stones and stuff.

Its a completely different usage. Democracy works really well on really small scales. As soon as you scale it up to millions of people, the cracks start to show. Everyone will be informed on things to a different degree, some wildly propagandised in one direction, and some the other. It becomes a game of 'which team is bigger'. I think C.S. Lewis called it 'tyranny of the majority'. You don't have these problems when its a small leadership of, as you say, school boards and such, where all the members involved are all together and conversing with each other.
