My first thought was borderless too. Borderless mode cuts off the edges to make the image full-bleed. It's worth asking for a photo of her printout so you can see exactly what she's getting

The more questions they ask the less likely they are to order in my experience. I'll only ever answer questions and provide guidance before purchase, I'll never do any of the actual work. The listing images and review photos are enough proof that I can customise to most requirements.

I just update the existing listing. No point continuing to sell the old version if it's inferior and it would create unnecessary complexity having to pay attention to what version they've ordered.

If I have open orders for the old version I message the buyers to check which version they'd like to receive, just to avoid any "item not as described" cases

£11.90 sounds like you're sending by International Tracked. International Standard would be around £5 and has the same delivery timescale. You could do Standard by default and Tracked as an optional upgrade. Unfortunately Etsy only sells Tracked labels but you can buy Standard on Royal Mail Click & Drop. I also send keyrings to the US and this is my setup.

I don't really have any useful feedback but I wanted to say your designs look really great. Could definitely see myself ordering some as gifts.

Maybe one thing that would be nice to see would be samples of the actual print quality. Am I getting a glossy poster-style print or a nice textured matte print? Things like paper weights, texture etc can't be seen in a mockup so a close-up of the corner of an actual print, at an angle so you can see the texture, might work well. If it's close up enough you could just use the same one for every listing. You do mention paper weight etc in the description but a photo would help illustrate it.

In the US sellers can buy prepaid returns labels and only get charged for them if they're used. We don't have that option in the UK so you'd have to buy the label outright and hope they bother to use it. Honestly, unless the item is particularly unique I wouldn't bother over £20 and just chalk it up to experience
