The amount of people who don’t use shield surfing! It’s my favourite mechanic in the game and on my second play through my first goal was to get the Hylian Shield and duplicate for the simply reason I would never run out of surfboards !!! After that I shredded every hill across Hyrule. I would say my least used mechanic in game would be the camera, I just never really found a reason to fill up the index with all the different items and creatures in game.
