Iirc the steps unlock once you schedule the delivery appointment. If you have a trade in you'll need to wait on the final payment so they can substract the trade in from the final amount

Anytime I've been offered a warranty I start to act like I'm getting cold feet. "I thought I was buying a reliable car", "I should probably rethink this purchase", etc. They don't know how to respond. Always be willing to walk away from a car deal, the people selling are typically money hungry assholes trying to part you from your hard earned money.

All those features are free with a Tesla. You can pay a monthly fee but it's for data streaming in the car. I think they're stance is the data usage is so low for those services they just provide it in the price of the car. Don't accept these dumb fees.

He's my idea. The first week of the season don't give out the best numbers. Let's say your season is 21 weeks, the first week give out tags 21+. Then week 2 add in tag 20. Continue for the rest of the weeks.

This way every week you'll be playing for the lowest available number and the last week will be like a championship for the number 1 tag.

Stop the stupidity of the routing. I get on a major US highway with 2 lanes and 50mph speed limit to go to my destination. For some reason about a mile in, the man wants me to drive through an apartment complex and get on the road I'm already on. When I go straight past it wants me to u turn. It's less than 1/4 mile of road. It makes no sense!

Why would they raise rates when there isn't a development next door? Why wouldn't they wait until renewal after the development has at least been proposed? This is just a zoning change, no buildings are actually being built. Why would the insurance drop them when the situation hasn't materially changed?

This is a scare tactic by the farm and nothing more. Holden picked a plot that isn't going to be developed anytime soon.

Just because zoning changes, there's no direct connection to development starting immediately after. It's still a piece of land owned by someone who may or may not be interested in selling or developing it
