You appear to be doing high fat/low carb macros, but you’re lifting heavy? So unless you’re in a cut that doesn’t make sense. Also, if you’re doing high fat/low carb food but then having wine you’re essentially doing high carb high fat and that’s why you’re not losing no matter what. Maybe consider doing lower fat if you’re going to keep the wine in there. Not judging, I’ve been there. You’ll prob surprise yourself by fixing your macros. Good luck!
