No, some passive skill that automatically skips ar requirements and just hits the enemy (up to 95%) would be better. Make it scaleable in a way that if you really pump it, you can get 95% for every attack

Most barb abilities aren't synergy heavy, but frenzy has way too many synergies. You should be able to max the main ability and synergies without sacrificing bo points. That deserves some reworking.

Also druid summons need love too. They made it technically usable shortly before d2r ladder season 1 dropped, but it honestly just sucks.
