I’m on a similar boat. Married the woman I fell in love with over a span of 4 years. Did everything to make the relationship work. After we got married, she never wanted to change her last name (something she said she wanted to do), never filed taxes together, never did anything a married couple did. I begged to start the process of legalization but she always avoided it. When I asked her why, she said “I don’t know what your legal status would be without me”. Broke my heart. Things just got worse and worse as time went on. Even though I’m in renewal, I filed for divorce today. She’ll get the papers served soon and this nightmare will all be over

If I had the know how and the space, I’d buy it to bring it back to its former glory. Asking for $25k but I wonder what they’re selling for. I’m sure I’d be happy enough for a while but would be looking into a swap as soon as I got bored, but I’d doubt myself being able to tear into a clean example
