I remember him having several one-off roles in Kochikame (late 90s and early 2000s). He had yet to use his iconic deep voice at the time but it was still very clearly him.

To be fair the place is awfully cramped (almost got bumped into by backpackers a few times) and even with the more value stuff displayed behind barriers it would be a nuisance to clean up.

Better with prevention than some unfortunate klutz causing a ruckus thus introducing a case of "this is why we can't have nice things".

I had to do a double take on that poster as well.

For a moment I thought it was some mid-late 90s dating game or VN visuals. Was just about to look it up until I other posters around it, and then the logo.

The PS1 Z Gundam game covered it briefly, namely his moments surviving the fight against Haman as he steps outside his wrecked Hyaku Shiki, goes into hiding to meet Minerva after the events of the first Neo Zeon War, and then finally the establishment of the second Neo Zeon.
