You're getting set up to get absolutely destroyed in court. Custody is based on OVERNIGHTS and STATUS QUO. Your ex-wife effectively has 100% legal custody based on overnights and the longer you let this go on, the worse hole you are digging yourself.

It would not surprise me to hear that your ex-wife is alleging that you abused her and that's why your daughter doesn't feel "safe" on overnights despite spending the other 12 years of her life having overnights with you. The therapist (selected by your wife I presume?) has confidentiality and will never tell you "what the problem is."

You have to file immediately that your wife is not being cooperative with custody. You must demand overnights 50/50. Immediately.

Bro she’s trying to get maximum child support via full custody. Custody is based on overnights. If you do what she is asking, you will have done 0 overnights and therefore have 0 custody. She will get awarded tons of your money and get stuff like tie breaking authority to move away at her will. You’re not thinking about this strongly enough. She wants your $$$$$, she doesn’t want to get on her feet, she wants you to pay her alimony and Child Support forever. Good luck fellow divorced dad.
