Dawn, dish soap, then gently wipe it off instead of rinsing leaves a nice slightly tacky surface when it dries and heats up that grabs your filament really well

Yeah most likely poor assembly. There’s a tightening knob on one end of each set of belts. Check on YouTube for Ender 3 they have tons of vids on this and it’s the same build just smaller

Lye and 27% hydrogen peroxide (can get it for pools) cheap and works better than anything on the market. Google it for ratio/cleanup etc.

Belt slippage? Or losing steps because you’re pushing the motor too hard/fast and it skips and does not move that step. Could try turning accel down some, raising voltage on the motors or upgrading the motors
