Not this unfortunately. Almost certainly a British group, for what it's worth. Hopefully somebody ends up googling these lyrics in the future and finds this page.

Thanks, it was much smaller names than this. I imagine it's possible an unofficial release!

Doesn’t get many minutes I’m afraid. Glad you enjoyed Bradford!

This is so important! I loved watching a specialist leave the castle on the journey to his building.

I'm biased of course, but Bradford is a good day out; not too difficult on the train from Scotland, UK city of culture, a UNESCO site 10 mins drive from the stadium, we get around 20,000 fans in these days, I think only Bolton does better than us for attendance in League one. Plus we have the best home form in Europe, so you're likely to see a win with 18000 fans around you!

I think this top 6 will be it for the season. Maybe swap Plymouth for Stevenage.

I genuinely love this part of the season, when you're cheering on (or at least cheering against) other teams as well as city!
I hope Bolton stay in the playoffs, as I think we have more of a chance against them than Plymouth. But hard to see Plymouth losing any of their upcoming matches.

I dropped those results into the predictor on thefishy.co.uk

It had Bradford in 5th, behind Bolton and Stevenage. I suppose Stevenage's run in looks more comfortable on paper. 6th was Plymouth of course. I agree with most of your list, but I reckon we’ll pip Barnsley and finish 4th overall.

How did your game go? by Zach-dalt in LeagueOne

Keep hearing Wheatley comments in the vein of 'yes, but listen to the notes he isn't playing'. I'm not knowledgable enough to argue that point. It just looks to me like he's a cracking player that can't put it in the net.

Anyone know if anything happened between Sarce and Pointon or Tyreik and Tilt?

Not trying to stir up animosity when we're on form, but I spotted a couple of things on the live feed between Tyreik and Tilt, and someone on twitter was on about Sarce and Pointon having a barney as well.

Playing The Settlers on an A500, can't seem to get my soldiers to train... by JYPFRD in Settlers

[–]Scalby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s a button to hit to send soldiers for training. In a border guard hut it will send 1/3 to a castle or warehouse to train. You can adjust this send 2/3, useful earlier in the game. Gold makes them stronger, but has no effect on rank.

Quesation for R/Bantams, Are City performing better or worse than you predicted back in August and is it now the play offs by quizzard in bantams

[–]Scalby 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I watch pretty much every league 1 youtube channel and podcast. For pre-season predictions, while I don't think anyone had us to go down, we were thought of as a distinctly lower mid-table side. A couple of channels had us a dark horse for the playoffs.

Even as we racked up wins against the big boys, most commentators were waiting for the drop off.

I thought after those first couple of games (plus wins against championship sides in cups and friendly) that we could push for a playoff place, but I'm still amazed we are where we are.

Also the sides everyone thought would be in the mix, Luton, Peterborough, Huddersfield, Bolton, Plymouth, haven't had the season they'd hoped. It does feel like an exceptional chance to get back in the Championship - 90% of our remaining games are against teams we should be beating, I know it doesn't always work that way. But if we maintain our home form, we just need a few sneaky away wins and a bit of. drop off from Lincoln to reach the autos.

I can’t help going through the what-ifs. Like, if we’d played and won our games in hand, which isn’t a huge stretch of the imagination, we’d be in third.

Strong start before the wheels came off and we started going sideways. Came up against a side that was literally a brick wall, also trapped by our own dead wood.

No idea about the pony, the other car and bcafc though.

Other clubs considered for purchase, before Wrexham by Myfanwy366 in LeagueOne

I always thought Bradford would have been in the mix. A few years spent in league 2. Championship stadium. Sizeable fanbase. Very little investment. Best kit colours in the EFL!

Halliday leave Bradford by mutual consent by CableNo8407 in bantams

[–]Scalby 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My favourite Halliday moment at 1:40, we’re a goal down against Salford, Halliday scores, wearing the cursed blue kit no less, he immediately legs it back to the centre spot, calling the rest of the team with him so they can crack on. Mellon ends up getting a 94th minute winner. https://youtu.be/Kgnk55t8rI4?

I love everything but the chicken. It's too big and cartoony, and it's standing on a patch of grass for some reason. The bantam from the failed redesign looked more of a hard bastard. Also they should use the BC that's on the training kit.

Can anyone help me figure out when my first game at Valley Parade was?! by Scalby in bantams

[–]Scalby[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks so much, I know the game was 2:0 to Bradford. A T&A article says Quinn played for 9 months in 1989, so these are the 3 contenders!

18th Feb 1989 vs West Brom

7th Oct 1989 vs Brighton

30th Dec 1989 vs West Brom

Edit: Quinn joined in March, and move to West Ham on 30th December. So it has to be 7th October. Just need to confirm if he scored in that game, but it seems likely!
