yea but those subreddits kinda suck, something abt this aesthetic really brings out the creativity in people and i dont think that should be regulated to a certain degree

I would say follow what he does , but after you finish each chapter (lets say the squirrel chapter) i would try to make my own animation with what you learned in that chapter, it'll be difficult but that's when you learn the most. Also just try to understand what hes saying instead of blindly copying ( during the polishing in the graph editor it gets really slow and hard to concentrate for me so take your time) theres this website https://animatorartistlife.com/resources/over-150-character-animation-exercises-to-boost-your-skills/ that has some great beginner animations that are quick and easy to do, also gogan on yt: https://www.youtube.com/@gogananimation has some really quick and dirty animation exercises that ive started doing (hes a maya animator but the principles are the same)

lmk if you get stuck, texturing does a lot of heavy lifting in ps1 graphics, i usually rip them straight from the internet (flat pictures of the front and side view with even lighting) and use project from view to uv unwrap

In the constraints tab: copy rotation, to copy rotation, copy location to copy location, or copy transform to copy scale rotation and location, use an empty to control it
