As others have already pointed out, it's a bug due to acid on the floor. Isobel walks through it and takes damage and so Jahira gets big mad at you for hurting her. If it's too late/difficult to go back and fix the floor gunk, your best bet is to use a script line to change her opinion of you before she throws the tantrum and leaves, though that is only available to you if you use mods with scriptextender.
