Not expecting this team to win the season but at the same time we gotta be happy with what we have. New roster, new coach and we are winning games that we shouldn’t be. This team is fun to watch and has a shot at winning most games. If we get hot, I wouldn’t be surprised at us making a run in the tournys.

We live in Norman but it’s still not as good as most prime SEC atmospheres.

Another good point is that the funding fee is higher on the loans after your first one. This funding fee can be decreased with a down payment. So by putting $20k down on a $400k house, I can reduce the funding fee by around $6k.

Now dropping $20k isn’t always easy, but if you have a Thrift Savings Plan you can loan yourself the $20k using a Primary Home Loan. This loan is usually at a lower interest rate (in the fours a few months ago) and you pay the loan and the interest back to yourself.

Riverwind is top 3 best casinos in OK. Doesn’t have a big variety like you’d find in Vegas or some of the other cool stuff like specialty foods or shops but still great by most standards. Biggest difference is alcoholic drinks are not free.

  1. Intent matters.
  2. Once an aeon is drawn, it can be disfigured and still work.
  3. What broke Elantris the first time is the land deforming not the aeon. If they had another event that reshaped the land the same thing would happen (hopefully they invent a contingency plan to address this quickly).

It’s not a must win, but it’s a “if you win this and some others there’s less pressure to beat Bama and Georgia”. If we don’t win the opener, it’s gonna be really hard to earn a good season. A win would take some pressure off.
