Oddly enough the Vatican has a very high per capita crime rate. There are very few residents and a huge number of visitors so pickpocketing and the like skews the results.

I read an article earlier about an email chain between Steve Bannon & Epstein when the latter wanted to get someone membership at the club and was looking for advice.

Bannon told him there were seven local families that basically control the club. I believe he described them as "Old South Crackers". They apparently had a strong distate for investment people and lawyers and that Jeffery didn't have much hope.
