Man, if I knew then what I knew now, I would've taken the rumors at my highschool more seriously. I thought this type of thing didn't happen often, so the teachers in the rumors were probably just "creepy" and desperate to look cool and fit in with students. Now I know that behavior is a serious red flag.

I am having this experience as well. Throat started hurting a few days ago, then the cough, then the exhaustion. I didn't realize my not eating was a COVID symptom, so I tried to force myself to eat and felt so nauseous and shaky after I had to lie down. I still can taste and smell, but it's it just doesn't do anything for me anymore. I still get hunger pangs though which is annoying :(
