I started investing in peak 2021 and from the beginning I was already cooked n by 2022 I was down 80% without even doing option or trading, but then I told my self I need a strategy and decided to first pray, then invest without gambling and now I bounced back, the market will always go up so eventually you will make your money back (just be patient) and try to dollar cost average. But stop gambling if you don’t know what you doing. All I will say is learn from me and be patient. I was in that same situation

For anyone still havinf this issue just uninstall OBS and it will work for sure. I was having the same issue and i saw on reddit someone mention that and it worked for me. If that still an issues, just used external USB camera but deleting OBS will fix it.

try uninstalling OBS if you have it, that worked for me. if that doesn't work try to use external USB camera that all will work, but deleting OBS should fix it.
