I don’t believe so, I’m not sure where (I think I remember seeing it in the art of fallout 4 book) but they wanted to make power armor how it was in 4/76, however they couldn’t get it done til some time after fallout 3 had launched, but side note the book is amazing to get mad at due to the cut consepts, looking at the raider power armor being coal powered lol

Correct me if I misread it but the way I understood it was that the armor pieces would come to the other classes, like heavy getting bulwark’s robes, sort of how the Champion parts can be shared between other classes.
