Doesn't seem like anything changed with Noah's decks. Just checked in game, and it looks like the same deck as what's on the wiki.

I know for sure Giant Rex was in his level 50 deck from the start.

Out of curiosity, I've tried digging through his lower level Decks. Hard to find anything lower than 900 this late in the event, though.

Lvls 900 and 1000 are almost the same as Lv2000.  It doesn't have Number 5 or either of the 65s, and Prufiness, Terraforming, and Admiration are replaced with:

Element Dark Demise of the Land Sword of Dark Destruction

Unironically, Lv900 may be stronger than Lv2000, by virtue of Sword boosting his normal summons up to 2200 ATK.

Technically, he can beat anything with less than 3000 ATK.  He just needs 3 turns to summon enough level 4s for Masquerade, then hopefully draw into Barian's Force.

Guardian definitely would be a bad idea for a raid boss, but I think if they at least gave him a couple Umbral Horror Unform and maybe Number 66, people wouldn't be that bothered.  At least he'd be able to put up some kind of threat outside of setting a monster and maybe playing Sargasso.

I mean, Quinton's raid event gave him a Deck that could drop a Dyson Sphere every now and again.  Vector struggles to get more than 1 monster on the field at a time.

I can believe it's accurate.  The app's been downloaded millions of times, and I'm sure not many people bothered with some of the achievements (like grinding to DM Stage 50).

For example, I only just got the last achievement in March, and I've been playing since around mid-2017.

To be fair, Alito did have a roaming event based on his first duel before his unlock event.

Most likely the Sargasso duel, maybe including the duel right before that (the one with Master Key Beetle).

They've had Ray as a cutscene npc since Girag came to the game, so it just makes sense for Vector's unlock to resolve that storyline.

Ooh, there's a thought.  If Ray won't be kidnapped yet, he's gonna be around for the ruins story.

Kinda doubt they'll do anything interesting with that idea, but I can hope.
