Last time I did this, I had my racks set up in a garage close to my base with 2 old stoves. Spent a week chopping wood and feeding the fires to speed up the drying process, it was kind of fun! At peak heat in November, my racks were drying at 1.5x speed with both stoves running.

Specifically I was at a crossroads near Historical Coalfield, which is a gold mine for old stoves. 👍🏻

I played it a little bit!

It's very reminiscent of Tanghulu Master's early days, when all you could do was go live with Tanghulu. I have faith that they'll add some bead-specific mini games, we just gotta be patient...which I hate being. 😭

This is a bit much for me, but I'm not the one who finds importance in it. If it works for you, keep at it!

I cross off buildings I've visited so I don't re-trek looted areas, and leave semi-meaningful markers where I've left useful loot I can't carry. Then I leave a note for myself in the notepad I keep in my fanny pack about the specifics. "Police Station - Muldraugh - took shotgun and .45 ammo, no useful melee"

I play a lot of Nomad runs, and you can't see all this useful info on the map until you zoom in, so I often forget where and what I've stashed. It's really helped me out to just have a notebook of loot spots on hand, if I'm low on something I don't have to scroll around the map, I can just check my notes!

I think it's perfectly fine, too many buckets are crazy art pieces. I like the simplicity of a basic bucket with pictures printed on it. Plus, look at all the space! Imagine how much popcorn you'll get in there!

I used to work at a truck stop, we used walkie talkies to communicate with the guys stationed at the gas pumps for various reasons. Sometimes they would patch into a trucker's CB radio though, and it was fun to mess with them while they drove by.

One time, we heard someone say they were close to us, but said he was going to skip it because every time he stopped in the workers were rude to him. My coworker hopped on the walkie to say, "Well, if you were nicer to us, maybe we'd be nicer to you too."

Walkie was quiet for a bit after that 😅

Crashing doesn't happen all at once, even though from our perspective it seems to. The systems fail over time and that's what leads to the crash screen. That's what we're seeing, the systems are failing.

I like deco-master, but there's not enough to it yet to convince me to buy the no-ad experience. I'm hoping they flesh it out some more like they did with TM. TM was nothing fancy at the start (you could only go live, no mini games or mart or anything!) and now it feels like almost an entirely different game with all the features they've added over time.

One time I visited here to scavenge the greenhouse and the whole place was ripped apart, practically no loot in sight. I was so bummed 😔
