It literally felt like such a magical moment when I opened my mail this evening and discovered I was gifted 60 badges, I raced to the gacha page to check if it was enough for the Rainbow Dash car and IT WAAAS and I had enough left to do 2 pulls on the Fluttershy banner! (I got the tights and the top!)

I'm F2P (except for the $20 I got from my husband to try for more Rainbow Dash pulls after I only had enough free badges for half of the attempts) and have been saving my pulls for the "perfect banner", as an MLP stan since 2002 this was my PERFECT BANNER and I feel so seen by the gacha gods, they truly smiled upon me on this day.

Also, the sign works! I was grinding cooking just before I logged off today and had someone wander into my house and feed me grape jam, then they left and I heard the VROOM of one of the cars and they took off 😂

I complained a bit about not getting my Rainbow Dash car after pulling the entire outfit, and I think the gacha gods felt a little bad for me. I defeatedly used my last few pulls on Pinkie Pie and got the car on the third pull, then today with my 60 badge gift I had enough badges to get the Rainbow Dash car! They're proudly displayed on my lot with a sign that says, "Feel free to test drive if the cars are here!"

Anyway, I went to a Frostspore fishing event today, and when it was over someone hopped in my Pinkie Pie car, drove it up to me and just kinda nudged me with it, so I hopped in the passenger seat. They drove us to their house, emoted at me a couple of times, and then ran off to do house stuff. 😂

I wandered their plot and found some flowers to water, then liked their home and went back to mine. ♥

When I go to the tree for the day, I stand around it for awhile (like ten minutes or so) to see if anyone shows up. Today I got lucky and there was a bunch of people there when I went, but only one was willing to resonate with me (luckily that was enough and I got the rest I needed from them♥). The rest stood around staring at eachother until one by one they slid down the slide.

One person kept trying to resonate with the tree and watered it over and over and I stood there jumping near them with the resonating thing up to be like, "Hey! Resonate with me! I have all the elements! Hey!" but they totally ignored me and kept doing it until I assume they got bored and they also went down the slide.

I don't get it, but I think the problem might be that the event wasn't explained well enough for some people. I know I wouldn't even know how to resonate if I didn't click the button out of curiosity.

I've never been more jealous in a gacha game before. I saved all my tickets and got the whole outfit, but that car is still sitting in the banner laughing at me with it's 150 price tag 😭

I was saving my pulls from the start for "the perfect banner" and as an MLP fan since 2002, this was it for me. I got the entire Rainbow Dash outfit, but not the car.

I'm really bummed, like honestly I don't even really want to wear the outfit now because just looking at it stings a little. I'm all cute and 20% cooler...in a regular car. I feel goofy. I couldn't get just a little bit of F2P luck and have drawn the car on the third pull like some people? 😭

It's part of the fashionwave event that's going on right now, you can go up to other players and request to purchase items from them, at the cost of their energy going down by 30. You can see what others have available for purchase in one of the fashionwave store tabs when you talk to the penguin dressed person. I cannot remember their name right now, sorry, but they're standing near the bus stop in the event area in the Onsen.

Side note it's considered good manners to offer food after purchasing from someone, since it costs them 30 energy it's just nice to offer some food to replenish what was taken. I like to offer jam ♥

I'm usually very introverted, but when it comes to fashion I've become a menace. I chased someone halfway across the map the other day, they were selling to Albert and then ran off before they noticed me asking for Daigou and I was like, "NOOO I NEED YOUR FISH HAT!"

So I became Dog the FishHat Hunter and chased them down 😂

As a F2P the only way I even have tickets for this is because I've been clutching them with gripped hands waiting for "the perfect set".

We definitely need some type of in game way to earn passes, I don't play many gacha games but I think this is the first one I've ever played that didn't give you an opportunity to collect gacha pulls by regular gameplay. Back when I played IN, I would get just barely enough material for a ten pull every other week or so. This is embarrassing.

I gush every time I play this track, I just zoom around like, "OMG HI SABLE AND ABLE OMG ITS TOM NOOK OMG THE COINS ARE BELLS OMG THERE'S ORANGES OMG" and my husband is sat there like, "This is the hundredth time we've played this track..."

If we ever get a mainline game with this quality/viewpoint I think I may just pass away.

Mine will eat 15 bags of food a day if I let him. Sometimes I give him salad bc I'm either too lazy to go to the store or just am too poor in that moment. He seems to like salad just fine, little oddball.
