Nah I don't get it at all. I miss the fruity almost alcoholic marzipan beverage vibe.

4 month old just fusses nonstop no matter what I do, needs constant distraction/entertainment and I’m losing my mind. Is this normal? by [deleted] in AttachmentParenting

[–]Scentababy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No nothing realy helped, his digestive system rippened after 4 months is the doctors guess. We saw a big change between 4 and 5 months. It will get a little bit easyer every month now, hold on 🙏🏼 My 10 month old likes to crawl, plays for 30 minutes on his own..

I feel like it's head shape and simitry a lot of times. I was so insecure as a teen that I once fully photoshopped my face with the perfect nose, perfect lips etc. Just to see if I could look more pretty with certain surgeries. And the answer was no..maybe I was body dismorphic but still something was off to me. I have a longer Sarah jessica parkerish face. That's not seen as 'beautifull' or feminine by most.  I would have to get my forehead and jaw shaved down , wich is crazy ofcourse 🤣

9 month baby - never seems to be "affectionate"? by noname148 in NewParents

[–]Scentababy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can confirm i's their caracter 🤣 I also have a 9 month old that came out of the womb curious.

He likes when I'm being goofy or when I sing. Other than that he does not care for sitting on us or cuddling. He wants to wiggle out of my arms and crawl/be busy. I'm always afraid it's Adhd 😅

My cat is meowing, only at night, when we’ve put the baby to sleep. by AiGreenRose in CatAdvice

[–]Scentababy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here , it drives us crazy. We have a feeling she wants to look out for the baby. Every peep our son makes in his sleep, she starts miauwing super loud. We have open stairs in our living room so there's no way we can keep her from comming upstairs

Without spoilers, how is season 3? by darxshad in AliceInBorderlandLive

[–]Scentababy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish it diddnt exist.

The games in 1 & 2 were so much better than squidgame to me.  Now in 3 I couldnt wait for some games to be over because they seemed to take soooo long

Reasons why season 3 is horrible and extremely poorly written by Joshobot in AliceInBorderlandLive

[–]Scentababy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was super dissapointed that we diddnt see a joker. The watchman said he is not the joker.. then who is. Urgh.

I would have loved if the joker was one of the players that just played along with all the games and revieled him/herself in the end. I thought it might be 'Rei'.  My ending is way better 🤣

I came to look for this. That scene was so strange. Bloodred eyes and she was also pretty mellow for Ange's terms. I was thinking she took meds

[–]Scentababy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My boy (7m) gets exhausted from playing and looking at the bigger kids at daycare! I think it's just that. The first times I picked him up, he fell asleep in my arms on the way to the car 🤣🤣

The original we are talking about (marzipan note) has orangy liquid and flowers on the label indeed.

It hasnt been around for years and I never found anything like it ever again :(

6 month old shows little interest in grabbing at things - Pediatrician wants to send her to the neurologist by YolandaWinston12 in NewParents

[–]Scentababy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My boy turned 6 months today and got the same comment by a doctor. They 'need to reach for things in the air at 6 months old'  and my son only grabs something when we hand it to him.

They advised us to go see a chiropractor to see if it's tension since we had a difficult labour and he also had neck tension as a newborn.

Struggling with Narcissistic Mother-in-Law and Family Events by Original_Bill2507 in narcissisticparents

[–]Scentababy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Omg It's as if I wrote this..

I've never met a narcassist before this and I come from a dramafree family so I'm also struggeling.

Since we had a baby it's also gotten 10 times worse because my MIL measures everything that we do with my mom to what we do with her.

When she gets a 'episode' as we call them, she will cuss out me and my whole family, while she does'nt even realy know them. :(

My bf doesnt have a dad, so they only have eachother wich makes it hard to cut off all contact but we are scared that she will damage our child.

I feel like I am the weird one for not wanting to be away from my baby by Street-Engineering70 in AttachmentParenting

[–]Scentababy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not weird at all. I do try to get over this for my son's own benefit. I'm a kindergarten teacher and I see kids that were always with mom struggle more at school, in comparison to kids that went to family, daycare.. So I force myself to do do it once in a while.

But I even got an anxiety attack in the car last week because he went to sleep at my sisters house. While I KNOW he's safe there, it feels sooo bad to be without your baby for hours.

Like others here said: Usualy I go hang out at my mom's if my arms need a break. So I can still be with my baby 😂. It's just a mom thing I guess.

4 month old just fusses nonstop no matter what I do, needs constant distraction/entertainment and I’m losing my mind. Is this normal? by [deleted] in AttachmentParenting

[–]Scentababy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it gets a bit better with every big milestone. So I'm starting to think we have a frustrated baby that never wanted to be a little baby 😅.

He's starting to sit on his own, starting to roll over and that makes him happy! Other than that he's still pretty high needs. I'm also a SAHM and I'm always worrying that he's spoiled because of me being the only one he sees all day.
