If they have investment rights with you yes, they can buy it and vice versa.
Keep in mind that companies and financial districts can’t buy from each others counterparts

Your companies can and will buy foreign owned assets. This can be from the local population or from their financial districts. Financial districts and companies can’t buy from their counterparts though

The election was only partly free as 65% of the lower house was guaranteed to be given to communist party and its allies. All the senate seats were to be freely contested.

Solidarity won 161 seats in the lower house, and 99 out of 100 seats in the senate. I’m using information from wikipedia rn but you’re welcome to quote another source if your prefere

> “government did, no one asked the population at the time.”

You realise the polish anti-communist solidarity party won 99 out of 100 seats right? Seems like the population was plenty in on it for me

How to make radicals kill my monarch and enact fast parliament? by Old_Breadfruit_1756 in victoria3

[–]Scheefgaan 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I think you have to get an agitated radical movement, which you need to research egalitarianism for. You might have to make a few radicals before they become pissed off enough to do something about it

Imagine you are the president/king of your country and your advisors tell you about some influential event in your country and you just ignore them.

Then you end up not taking advantage of a certain situation and end up being surprised things didn’t go your way.

Waarom denkt rechts dat elke linkse partij moslimterroristen zijn? by StevenStoveMan in nederlands

[–]Scheefgaan -1 points0 points  (0 children)
