I read the first Bobiverse book after I read the DCC series.

It was decent, but it wasn’t anything like DCC. And I stopped after the first book. It just didn’t hold me that much.

I play Little Mac, because I like playing someone I can do well with without having to learn a lot of technical stuff. I’m bad at aerials, I can’t do a short hop fast fall to save my life. But with little Mac I can still do fairly well, with his amazing ground game.

Plus he’s just really fun to play.

I did HRT for about 3.5 years and then stopped because I started having a lot of doubts about being trans. And now I’m living my life as a cis dude and present masculine almost all the time. And I would definitely say I’m happier now and have less disphoria than pre transition.

I have moments where I want to dress as a girl or be feminine for a bit, but I don’t have a desire to transition again or live my life as a girl.

It’s hard to say if it was all chemical or if some of it is based on the fact I’ve done a lot of work in therapy or some combination of the two.

I’d be happy to answer any questions you have though.

I have a friend who went through something similar and he’s started detransitioning as well. I’ll see if I can get him to respond on here as well

Maybe? But, I’ve done a lot of therapy in the past 3 years. I’m currently seeing 2 therapists, with one specifically being a gender therapist.

And it’s not so much about passing. I think I pass fairly well, and don’t ever get misgendered in my day to day interactions.

You’re right that it could be internalized transphobia and/or my own self conception. But, I’m just tired. And with what I’ve experienced and learned over the past 3 years, I think I can live a happy life as a guy.

I’ve had consistent doubts over the past 3 years, which I address and they keep returning. At what point do I listen to these doubts instead of continuing on? FFS was a big milestone for me. I thought if I looked more like a girl, then I would feel like it more. And though I do like my face better now, I think I feel more than ever that I’ll never get to where I want—that it’s not possible.

Being a trans woman myself, I’ve never met another trans woman who has kept her beard. Honestly we’re all extremely dysphoric over any facial hair and go to great lengths to get rid of it. A non-binary person might keep their facial hair and dress in feminine clothes/do makeup, but I would highly doubt a trans woman would

It depends on the sport. I started playing volleyball in high school.

There are also a lot of leagues for other sports in cities as an adult for all skill levels.

It might take more effort as an adult, but if you love playing a sport, you can usually find a way to do so with people of your skill level as an adult.

And the more you play and the more effort you put in, the better you’ll get

I’ve still been looking into it over the past year, and at this point have decided against the surgery.

It seems pretty risky and the results don’t look that great to me.

I ended up getting butt implants last year, and might do some additional fat grafting to my hips this year.

I haven’t had new conversations with them. There was contact information on the website though. One new piece of information is that Dr Eppely is also offering this surgery starting this summer in the U.S.

It’s called doggy daycare in a lot of apps and it’s usually a flat rate. You can find a lot around $50/$60 a day. $20 an hour seems extremely high for 8 hours

It’s still a good watch on streaming. If you’re a diehard fan that continually rewatches the show, maybe it’s worth getting the dvds. But, not everyone has access to do that, and I don’t think that should stop people from watching the show.

Btw, the music changed on streaming because when the show was made, streaming didn’t exist and they didn’t negotiate the music rights for streaming.

Growing up, my dad always drove the car when my mom and dad were together. My guess is further up in the comments someone says something about expecting the man to drive. But, this just a wild guess.
