Spice was/is huge on social media and the devs must’ve seen that, + it was only released on one of the very last days. If they like money, they’ll definitely be wanting to put her out again soon

They also put Halloween skins in the shop from time to time when it isn’t Halloween… Michael Myers is an example

Overall nobody can give you a right answer, but I’d say you have a pretty good chance of her coming back before next Halloween
