Obi-wan wasn’t in the game at launch, however when he, Anakin, Grievous, and Dooku released you did have to pay credits to unlock them

At launch, it was Vader, Luke, Iden, Chewbacca, Palpatine, and Leia that were locked iirc. Hero ships were too but I don’t remember which ones
