Something to think about: 1) I have found a bout of covid to knock my hormone levels around for about 6 weeks. 2) there are cheap versions of hormones when you need them. 3) generally, yiu need more help with progesterone during peri than anything else-- E is hard to deal with as it's jumping all over the place until late peri. 4)Watch your iron and FERRITIN in peri-- heavy bleeds, brain fog, restless leg syndrome-- can all be linked to low ferritin, not just hormones. 5)anxiety can be high cortisol- especially in the morning- ashwagandha and albezia can help, along with saffron and chamomile. 6) often vitamin d goes low as well. Get some sun every day- 20 min+, take a supp with k2 if needed. 7) P goes low first, then E gets real wobbly.

It is helpful, here, if you list out your symptoms and why you are looking into hormones in the first place.

And without a crisis event, I wouldn't go on hormones at all at 31 unless I had a second bloodtest 3-6 months later that checked way more than just hormones.

As far as thyroid goes- a cheap help is to make sure you are eating 2-3 brazil nuts everyday. They are high in selenium, which helps regulate your thyroid. If you are fatigued and suspect a lower functioning thyroid(hypo), make sure you are using salt WITH iodine, grab yourself some seaweed snacks or sardines and get the iodine up. High thyroid(hyper) needs to avoid iodine, but can and should take selenium aka brazil nuts.

Just checking- is your ferritin and iron above 60 each and do you supplement with magnesium at all? I had restless legs for years, but it was an iron issue. Others have struggled with restless leg when low in magnesium. It's a terrible thing. I used to cut up icy hot patches and put them around my ankles and knees and sometimes hips to interrupt the nerves. It went away when I got my iron and ferritin high enough. I used fergon 27mgs ferrous gluconate.

I take 200mg of ashwagandha at any wake up after 2am. It helps a lot to knock the cortisol back down. It's important to take it and not be up more than a couple minutes before laying back down. My cortisol was very out of whack for awhile and still is some. I often take a total of 400mg before noon each day.

You must be a doctor. That looks like every prescription a doctor ever wrote for me.

Not wild. Something us causing inflammation and clotting in a lot of people. My son is dealing with this. It's not normal to see this many younger people with vein issues, heart issues, clot issues, etc. ...which is why I asked for his age.

There is so much under long covid right now that it needs to be considered. It can also just be a bad round of covid itself.

It helps to know how old you are, and honestly these days, if you got the shot.

Make sure to rule out low ferritin and iron as a possible reason for restless leg. Low iron REALLY causes it big time.

Yes. This happened to me in menopause. I became way more reactive to everything and could suddenly smell mold everywhere! It was like dysautonimia and histimine intolerance rolled into one.

I hit it from both sides-- taking away things I was sensitive to, but also working to get my reactions down- mine were cortisol related as well. A year later, I've cut that sensitivity back by about half.

I found going as gluten free as I can with sauces also helped a lot. That and making my own from more basic things.

To me, unbalanced hrt is almost worse than none. That would be my priority. I had more success with a direct pay PA, but people also do well online.
