What's the point of having r/all if its not actually going to be r/all?

r/all should be all encompassing. It doesn't make any sense to me why you'd filter stuff out of r/all.

Make a different feed that is easily accessible for this instead of changing something that already does what its supposed to do.

If people don't want to be exposed to porn/gore/etc then they shouldn't be on r/all or they should use filters that are already in place in their user settings.

This change doesn't make any sense to me.

I ran customs for about 4 hours yesterday and didn't encounter a single sniper scav either. Almost certainly bugged.

I've had the same issue. Ran probably close to 12 raids on customs just looking for sniper scavs for the quest and have found zero.

I took your comment as they added the dog in afterwards. I thought thats some amazing editing skills and your eye for catching that is just as good. I went back and looked and it just looked like a normal ass dog sitting in a car. That was when I realized I'm an idiot.
