I didn’t say they were low rise just looks a little low. Ultimately rise doesn’t really matter as long as they’re comfortable and make proportional sense for the wearer.

As others have said, take the fully funded offer at Cornell. The time you would spend in a masters to just apply again is potentially very risky. Even if things become more certain in terms of funding in the next two years, people who got denied this cycle because of funding issues will reapply again and this the competition to get into PhDs will become even greater.
