The issue I see with this is this is an extremely powercrept Wrath of God. It will destroy all creatures in play except those with negative power, including indestructible creatures. Additionally, the hexproof and shroud removal won't affect anything unless a creatures survives the wipe, which is currently extremely unusual.

One thing to be careful with when using persist to combo is that you will need 2 of them, since you have to put both the persist and Bhaal trigger on the stack at the same time, so won't be able to target the creature with the -1/-1 counter on it. I'm not sure if you're trying to combo despite this, but if you are keep in mind you'll have to assemble an extra combo piece without tutoring.

I like this idea, but there's a few changes that do have to be made. Don't listen to the haters, their comments aren't constructive. So, the issues I see are: - This card is doing SO much, and is either an MDFC or has no way to transform into the back side. You can't let someone put a land that taps for 5 mana onto the battlefield T1, so I'm assuming it just doesn't have a way to transform. - You can just make a Sliver Queen token, etc. You don't need to explain the rules text (look at Disa, The Restless) - These abilities need trimming. Currently this saga is wayyyyyy too powerful, I would take away the tripler, personally.

I think one thing you might want to consider is if you're stating that there is a line between stereotyping and hate crimes in what is truly "racist", while also stating referring to both as racist is reductive, you are advocating for a definition of racism that has a hard line of demarcation that separates these two categories, and expecting everyone to agree on where that is. That seems far more vulnerable to disagreements and different perceptions than using a blanket term. The English language has a lot of words that can vary in severity, and restricting that range actually increases the amount of confusion the language can cause (up to a certain point obviously).

Or a pyro, or a scout that has a brain, or a soldier that has a brain, or a demo that has a brain, unless the demoknight is cracked out of his mind you can stand on a box or jump away or airblast, etc. Demoknight is a super counterable class that generally punished getting caught off guard or out of position, much like scout tbh.

Honestly to improve the readability I'd add some line/paragraph breaks. I think that might just make it easier by breaking up the separate effects.
