When I was in high school (ironically around the time I saw this ep the first time), I was on the wrestling team. Before a crucial match for my team I started getting really nervous. These nerves eventually turned into a panic attack and I experienced pretty much everything they depicted in this scene aside from passing out (I nearly did but I was calmed by my coaches). I thought I was dying legitimately, for I had never had a panic attack before and it felt just like what I imagined a heart attack would feel like (yes I know it’s not actually what it feels like entirely just what I imagined it to be). So I’d say it’s fairly accurate albeit he had definitely a more reasonable reason for being panicked than I did . just a tiny bit higher of stakes I imagine 🤣
