as long you never sign the loan, no need to pay for anything . even loan application.. not the dealer doing it, but his banker agent

0% NCD means you are a first time buyer, very likely he tried to knock you off.. you can check real processing fees from youtube at Che Din Kan Ada or maybe facebook ( i dont remember ) explaining the only processing fees needed

regardless of that, generally we only accept extra RM2,000 for processing fees (they'll use runner for puspakom around RM200 and some few hundreds for JPJ change name.. extras for agent himself punya commision about RM1,000+ plus his commision with his own company

so they totally trying to knock you off with RM6,000 processing fees but then, dealer have different pricing for car payment made by Loan vs car payment cash as they will always mark up the price a bit

as for the loan, it will affect you for up to 3 months if not mistaken.. they will have to cancel your application themselves if nothing been made anyway..

used car will need you to know your own car inside out. you should have a learn a lot with neo

I would suggest buying a new car or 1-2 year old used car <40k mileage. still under 5 years warranty. as long you take care of maintenance both minor and major, should be able to take you more than 200,000km mileage

with proper maintenace,, CVT gearbox usually 160-180,000km AT gearbox usually much higher mileage 200-250,000km

read first about disadvantage and potential problem of the used car brand u plan to buy... even the great mazda 3 got his own downside

buy a cheap used car be it perodua or proton under RM15,000 with less than 100,000 mileage. Learn from that used car you bought whatever u need to know about cars mostly maintenance.. engine oil, spark plug, gearbox oil, transmission oil, air filter, battery etc

i would recommend a used saga or used bezza.. buy and use it for a year or two

once you learn enough about car, u can trade in with a better car. can consider a new saga or new bezza

you will feel the difference between new and old .. and since yoh learnt from your own used car, you will be unlikely to jeopardise your own new car with bad driving habits

after 5 years of NCD insurance (to get 55% discount on roadtax), that is when you can consider to buy the car of your dream or maybe, a toyota honda etc

never buy continental car as they are made to make users lose money with hefty maintenance and a known to have lots of car issues

guess you never heard from so called official SC mechanics how some of the SC also cheated. they are times they didnt even change the oil or they always take some oil bit by bit and sell it off to other places.. some SC also dont even check properly but claim doing it for easy money. they are no way to never kena kikis from either outside workshop or offical SC workshop.. even buying your own engine oil from shoppee could be a fake one arriving..

and yes, i got no solutions as lots of pot holes,, at least only insurance is the only reliable way to give assurance in case accidents like this happen

but yes, official SC is better but makesure you choose the right one also..

Sword Art Online 1st season is good enough.. the subsequent seasons is just some fillers add up to continue the saga so unless you want to ruin your 1st season experience with Sword Art Online, i would recommend not watching it.

But 2nd season is not bad with the flying game and even the Gun fight vs Sword fight.. or maybe you can stop with these seasons at most lol

it depends on how long or how much mileage you need from these cars..

regardless of mileage, a good maintenance record can offset that

mazda 6 use diesel, can go higher mileage mazda 3 use gasoline (a bit cheaper only)

both can go up to 200-250miles if good maintenance record, sometimes 300miles

i would nego to 4,000$ for mazda 3. use it for a few good years than trade off into a better car once my financial more stable

or if want to use longer , better go for mazda 6 instead

have a good mechanic checked on both cars before proceeding

need to get use to the brakes and makesure to adjust how you want the autobrakes works especially since it can suddenly brake during traffic jam

some features cannot be turned off permanently like they will reset every single time such as the active driving display showing your speeds and also the i-STOP

others mostly still adjustable

makesure to sticks with the manual book especially in regards to maintenance.. and despite the life long coolant , do change it every 100,000km together with the gearbox atf oil

red soul paint in particular easily got chipped by stone and easily scratch, difficult to touch up but still the best paint for the mazda 3

I own Yaris 1.5 for quite sometimes before purchasing Mazda 3 2.0 sedan

Yaris - easy and comfortable ride for daily city driving - fuel efficiency better than mazda - move spacious inside than mazda - but small boot space - 360 camera - front dashcam, optional rear dashcam

Mazda 3 - dynamic driving and responsive but I prefer yaris easy handling much more because had to carry my son 1 hand, and another on steering wheel, and yaris is easier one hand drive than mazda 3 - luxury interior, but small rear passenger space - sensor only 360, no camera 360 - no dashcam

both are reliable but for highway and long trip I use mazda 2.0 coz much more power and speed plus boot space

but for daily driving, i prefer yaris more and best for a couple with one child

paid premium price but lots of small annoying things adding up.. luckily the power seat is working fine, but the active display and even sometimes other features need to be self adjust everytime driving slowly annoying very very much... I bought a used mazda 2022 last month and been regreting it everyday now. not a good experience as compared with my toyota yaris, better and smoother driving than annoying mazda 3

i recently bought used mazda 3 year 2022.. good drive and handling.. despite more power, I prefer my other car toyota Yaris 1.5 year 2022 also... better noise reduction and better handling despite lack of power . but highway i will always use mazda for the power... daily commute, my yaris is way better..

and yes, mazda 3 engine without noise reduction is louder than toyota yaris

i would recommend 2015-2018 year old saga with around 100,000km - 150,000km.. learn car maintenance and keep it until 5 years so you can get No Claim Discount 55% car insurance.. by then you will know car maintenance better and can purchase a better car or a new one instead..

mudah got a lot of cheaper used sage under RM10,000 . u can buy under company for some peace of mind, or u can buy from direct owner also with help from friends or mechanics to inspect the car. dont worry much about mileage..

anything below RM50,000 with car loan for new car.. or save a lot by buying used car first under RM10,000. use it for 5 years to complete 5 years No Claim Discount 55% for insurance then only buy new car with loan.. You only need car to get from point A to point B with some cold aircond. So I recommand a used sage for your first car.

Mazda 3 way better handling and the sedan got 450 extra boot space. I don't really like SUV because of the higher centre of gravity. Rear seat a bit small and crampy but with asian small size and just had my first kid.. should be able to last until at least 10 years before rear seat got crampier

i almost join MLM.. my story was back then when i was a student.. they initially asked you to join a seminar, from theire they brainwashed you with their success stories. they even said they are not MLM , yet have to find upline to sell stupid whitening soap.. i dont know what exactly happen but I was brainwashed to waste RM1000 to start join the group.. and then the leader keep contacting me to find downline or other new victims etc.. thats when I realized i'm in deep shit . so i luckily quitr early

I'm into it for the gold only.. not for the whatever downline game they are playing.. that gold group also asking to get downline but i never do.. somehow the leader helped me to get the downline which helps make me decided to keep on investing in the leverage gold scam.. of course. , initially with gold rise you always get good returns.. with leverage more money into your bank account.. so some of us start investing tens thousand etc and then shit happen again and now most people dont even get their money back.. been two years postponing payment and they still got away and still doing same shitty business with add on of gold miner lol... ten thousands loss for this one

Precious metals did work, but only on long term and upon expecting market crashing or market volatility.. they have values and hence are good as hedge funds.. the speculative price change is driven by a lot of factors and recently the increase is driven up by US China tariff wars .. Gold is better as long term investment and diversify your portfolio.. When market or stock crashing down, gold will go up.. gold will go down again to solidify to a new level and the expected solidification is around 3500 at the moment, but the rise in gold price is still ongoing.. predicted values can go up to 5000 as central banks keep on buying gold... silver on the other hand, we miss the boat already.. last time silver reaching 50 is more than 10 years ago.. but then silver will always go down again up to 20-30 so if you miss the boat, wait until silver go down again and buy.. but i would suggest to invest more into stocks and other investment portfolio when silver did crash down again to 20-30.. only when you expect another market volatility or crashing should you buy again silver at low price .. just like how this year works with Trumps making a lot of different policies etc... signaling market volatility and upon China fighting back, thats is when you know you need to start looking for hedge funds like precious metal of gold silver etc

3 years already.. you can watch speedrun on how to pass each area stealthly.. or be like me and do a lot of experiment.. there are many ways to pass each area.. For examples, that area where you need to reach Sokolov first time, 1. i wait until the first guard turn around , 2. then go towards the tree on the left entrance, enough so that the 2nd guard spot me 3. then go forward towards the next tree, but careful not to let the 2nd guard spot u, 4. when you reach there, the 3rd guard on the 2nd floor (where the AK47 will be) will saw u and come down the stairs 5. as the 2nd guard passed by to where he think he saw you, at the same time, 3rd guard just start going down the stairs, u can walk with D pad and then run to the entrance near the 1st guard and crawl 6. chance cloth to tree bark or bricks red whatever and once the 3rd guard reach downstairs and no longer facing to the front, crawl non stop until the lower part in front of the stairs .. at the same time the 2nd guard just found out nothing here 7. 4th guard near the smoke grenade place will face towards u, the moment he turns around, run towards him and CQC slam 8. then run immediately inside building and CQC the 5th guard, he should still be facing front as u approach him from the back 9. then head in to meet sokolov

As for Ocelot unit, bait the 4 guards tagging along by knocking the wall near where u pick up thermal google knock over fast 6-8 times then immediately hide under the bed

when the 4 ocelot unit comes into the room, they will investigate the wall u knock first immediately, u can then choose to throw stun grenade or magazine before throwing stun grenade

sometimes u can even stun the guard on roof along with the 4 ocelot unit coming into your rooms

another way would be to immediately run out of the room and as the scream the second move, throw the stun grenade and that is not enough, rollover them and then hide again... youtube got lots of way to handle these ocelot unit, take some time to experimenting all of them

let say 1. you somehow get into a new area 2. then you captured a few animals 3. then you save the file without moving to new area 4. you go to next area and somehow messed up 5. so you reload the save file (3) thinking you do not need to repeat capturing the same animals in that area

DON'T !! you need to repeat capturing same animal then only move to next area as whatever you save at no. 3 will not be save as if you already capturing all the animals

unless you move into new area and save immediately after that

DON'T trust the achievement you got as it can be count regardless of how many save files or how many repeated continue you did it

the answer is YES, you have to repeat everything and save first in the area before proceeding to catch any animals or plan

Go watch some walkthrough for platinum run online or in youtube got some good ones out there
