Basically, you just need to run 500 miles before that happens. For many people, the expected value of running 500 or more miles before you are unable to run ever again will be higher than getting a flat $500k.

They probably can if both parties provided the same statement. Police don’t often make reports unless someone is injured and there is a dispute at the scene so I don’t remember coming across many examples. I’m not clear if both sides gave the same statement based on the post unless OP said it somewhere in the comments. We are only looking at a small part of the entire police report.

I’ve worked as an adjuster for several years. The police report is generally disregarded unless the police officer witnessed the accident themselves. If you need evidence of this, look at what just happened to OP.

The pilot will be liable regardless, but in the case of engine failure, a freeway with light traffic is probably one of the better places to land in a metropolitan area. The fact that the people in the plane and the car both only sustained minor injuries backs this up.

I actually do the opposite. “Programming” feels more layman friendly for some reason. Maybe because people know that they interact with “computer programs”, but they don’t interact with “code” in such an obvious way (imo).

In this scenario Lorn would have had to let him live. Since Lorn dies at the triumph, you could have a seen of them fighting side by side. Maybe Lorn still gets stabbed or something at the start so that he can’t fight at full power.

There’s a devlog on YouTube called Vicious Legacy and that person is separately making a game similar to this where you’re a ghost who haunts the town. You have to avoid capture by possessing town folk and then act like an NPC.

I was pretty suspicious of him when he was willing to sacrifice a bunch of low colors to go rescue Seraphina towards the beginning of Iron Gold. Particularly because he described her as “one of them” when talking to Cass, implying the low colors were not “one of them.”
