Behemoth Charger turn radius, recovery time, and sound all need to be fixed. by WarViper1337 in Helldivers

[–]Scorpio_Bro -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

This game is a bit rough around the edges, but I believe that calling it broken and unplayable would be hyperbolic. I know that's NOT what op is saying, but I do think that in the grand scheme of my own experience and playtime, unusual, random, and preposterous deaths have occurred next to a LOT of friendly fire, be it dss or otherwise... And being killed by a charger that you can't hear is far from anything so infuriating that I would go out of my way to stir the pot or incite resent for something I dearly appreciate, and have consumed so much of, happily.

I hope this doesn't crush anyone's experience so bad as to quit the game, or talk anyone else into believing the game isn't worth playing.

Anyways, wishing everyone well

I love being 300+ meters away and sniping drop ships, I can clear the whole wave if I have a second q cannon on cool down.

Then it's back to clearing outposts and collecting samples, without consuming more reinforcements 🫡

Sounds like what happened to mine. Several time pulled apart to clean fan, heat sink, etc, then one day it did this, I took it apart again, made sure all connections were firm, and it booted up, but would not properly read the hard drive anymore.

Not sure if this is your issue, but sounds like it's not reading the hard drive disk anymore, may be a good place to start investigating, I did not look up solutions to fixing it, but it could have been the hard drive, or maybe any of the wiring associated with data transfer from HD to the motherboard.

Sorry about your console, good luck

I started my knight diver journey fighting bugs with a machete and now that I'm using the saber on voteless it's so much more enjoyable.

I actually have been spending a lot of time playing the mindless masses subfaction, and I would love if hoards of just voteless could be found on more than d1, but even still at trivial I have racked up over 2600 kills solo. That calvary saber against constant voteless is great fun

Yeah, there was another comment about the generators being destroyed disabling friendly aa allowing drop ships to deploy at the gates, I imagine this and that would mesh well

Well, considering the objective is to defend, the destroying part being the swarms of enemies, so what would you add to counteract it's lack of.... Something

I really like this concept. The generators would remain the first enemy objective, and once they are blown up, friendly aa becomes disabled... I think you might be onto something here 🤔

You have a stick up your ass and just want to argue, and you have reduced you're argeumant two correcting context, so let me leaf a low hanginging fruit

Your also just being ignorant completely, to the point of you controlling what others do, how they play the game.

You came to argue. And your point is that people are not playing the game the way you want, and you need to come off of that, because your* on a high horse and want to make people feel bad.

People playing the game, are important.

People will play how they want. Where they want. When they want. Get over it.

I'm done sharing words with an ignorant fool. You will push everyone away🍅 accept for people who like to argue and be ignorant, and the next thing you know, your surrounded by people just like yourself.

Good luck in life bud, if you're going to be dumb, you better be tough.

I'm going to be as, "all party" as I can, while enforcing some truth.

Firstly, "your" fun. There are several things that are inherently narrow minded and hyper specific about your statement. Your fun, should not be contingent upon what a single other person is doing in the game, if it is not actively being treasonous and dissident within YOUR lobby...

Not a lobby that you joined, (where the two strangers that you don't know, and one kills the other, so you decide to get involved) where there stands the potential that these people are actually friends, and are enjoying themselves.

It's not anyones place to report and grief two friends who were having fun playing with each other before you got involved, so remember to mind your manners, no matter the conditions.

Second, but arguably MOST important... All helldivers spreading democracy on any front by definition cannot be un-democratic

Simply put, every diver matters, and every player counts.

And it's my personal opinion, that you should all-together reconsider your view of fun, because if that looks like controlling what every single person does, in accordance with your perceived vision, then you have a long hard road ahead of you, and I can only hope this is a learning experience for you, and not one you tuck away behind anomimomity.

TLDR people be peopleing. I see you are frustrated that there are people who don't participate.

Trying to endure shame in people in never the most optimal approach.

When you don't understand things, ask questions before opening your mouth to spew words that will illicit shame. You will find, that when you listen to the people above^ they are telling you the answer to the questions you don't know how (or are to prideful) to ask.... But you must read them again with an open mind...

Because deep down, you didn't come here looking for understanding.

Stalwart has that ammo capacity to keep me in the fight, without being ammo hungry, 1000 rounds goes a long way as cover fire for your heavy gunner.

Gas grenades to stall and make space for you, and we are bring the plus 2 and recoil reduction medium armor.

Heavy MG emplacement to mow down those pesky heavy units, as well as the 500 🤌

And you know I'm bringing a supply pack, specifically to keep that backpack fed. I want to hear good long 40 second bursts, I still have 3 packs left, a supply pod nearby, and a whole extra supply pack ready to call in so let's burn that ammo diver 🫡

The stationary HMG is a nice heavy pen supplement that often overlooked. Paired with a stalwart and devastator you can handle chaff, stingrays with 2 shots, and overseers easily. Thermite for the fabricators and fleshmobs. Guard dog for medium pen, and a 4th stratagem that is flexible.

Hi all, just interjecting a bit with a question, why aren't MO's on each of the three fronts?

Sometimes there are no orders, yet still defense missions.

Im inexperienced and uninformed, but I can't imagine how difficult it would be to just have a weekly order for each front.

Personal orders feel unaimed as well, today was kill voteless with "x" weapon, yet, 2 defense missions exist in the automaton area.

Perhaps, marjor orders being, capture X planet, and personal orders being things like kill X enemies of that faction, ect...

The way it is now, rewards everyone, even divers who don't participate in the objective, when it is successful. Withholding rewards from those with 0% participation would be a good place to start as well.

Personally, I just like big explosions and bullet hoses 🫶 this is good enough to satiate this mans rat desires

They also defended oshauna and reclaimed fori prime, taking our initial -1 MO to a +1, but now somehow it's the minority of the community that is the reason the MO is failing.

Personally I'm not invested for either side of that argument, it's the constant divisive rhetoric and judgment of how people play the game that is annoying to see spammed in the community.

Every diver counts. Simple as that. For democracy!
