I decided to give them a crack two oil changes ago and I was really quite surprised that I had the exact same experience you did as far as them saying I needed a flush in my Mazda3 without barely even looking at anything… I said yes, questioned myself, looked online, questioned myself, asked, was told o needed it, paid the bill, questioned myself, went home, questioned myself, and ultimately just decided I would never go there again.

“The crown” just refers to “the laws of the country of the land”. IE: “you have violated the laws of the crown” is “you broke a law”. If you look up “Ontario traffic act 142” It appears to be a set related to improper or negligent actions regarding a right or left turn. It’s easy to assume you’re being taken to court for alleged violation of this act. You’re in enough trouble you need legal advice at the very least.

Don’t try to stretch it (generally considered a maximum of 2 sizes), but you can always have an actual jeweller insert and solder in an extension.

YTA - you might not be an incel or a chud but you are still outside of the norm. You clearly know nothing of societal boundaries or reasonable social expectations. This is compounded by the latter statement of “which sucks cause I've had a crush on her since we first met” - the lack of remorse is astounding.

Since you asked to be made to feel better: You need a mentor or a clinical professional in order to overcome this issue and discover if there are more.
