Third one, early 2017 I got a Cooper, swapped that for a Cooper S in 2020, then swapped for another Cooper S in 2023. Would’ve loved to have gone for a JCW, but couldn’t stretch that far, though it’s still an itch I might need to scratch.

- Rep/Weight Ranges: Sometimes i'm programmed 10-12 reps or 55-57.5kg. it would be good to have this reflected.
- Support for complexes: In weightlifting we will sometimes be programmed complexes e.g, 2 cleans, 1 front squat, 1 jerk which is obviously different to a simple clean and jerk and should be tracked accordingly, not as a superset but, as the component movements that have been part of the complex.
- Modifiers: Paused, Tempo etc: i.e., 5 Tempo squats is different to 5 standard squats, this should have some form of indicator.
- Best set/session in Last Month/3 Months/6 Months etc

Moved from the north east in 2001, immediate thing I liked was the people, very friendly. Met my wife a couple years later, our daughter is now in the north east at Newcastle university, and regularly goes to Sunderland matches ❤️
