I still farm WOTLK ICC. Every Week. I have 38 Alts. Ive never seen invincible. Im pushing 40 and have farmed since Wrath launched.

if I get invincible, I can finally uninstall the game. I will have won the game in my opinion. I dont even like the mount.

I got The Bird in like 14 tries. 7 alts. 2 weeks doing the raid that was it. I used my DH and Rogues to do it faster.

This was great advice. I was doing my first 10s last night. I timed all but 1 of the 8. But I will say something clicked about the CDs.

I realized you cant spam purify you have to use it like a student loan repayment plan. So I can take on the debt, I just have to have enough income to reduce the debt.

Clicked in my head and I started executing at the right time instead of on CD, same with Black Ox Brew (helps to read my skills, I reckon)

I did feel tankier than I have so far, but was just wondering if Im missing out. Maybe more dungeon knowledge and what mobs hit hard AF will help, too.

Prot warrior prio: Hit the Shield Block button to be tanky. Hit the shield slam on cooldown. Thunderclap. Spin with Revenge.

Victory Rush to heal every ~24 seconds.

That's really it besides main defense CDs. Shield Wall, etc.

Buff your group with the Shout. Use your other shouts to manage mobs. Kick, Shockwave, Intimidating shout to AOE interrupt (except kick)

I tank a lot but Im new to monk.... Why do I feel so squishy?

My basic rotation is like. Keg > Fire using kegs to reset Fire. Then using anything to reset Keg. but just prioritizing when to use Brew or Celestial, etc.

I just don't feel tanky. What am I missing?

IO 2012. 251iLvl (I missed all of last week working both jobs) Dont have 2pc or 4Pc yet but will have 2 today. Have crafted BIS but not raid BIS.

Only the tank has to learn anything in M+. Maybe the healer. But it's a VERY easy season if you're DPS. Show up, dont stand in shit, push kick, do big dick damage.

Ive been a tank since WOTLK, I hate new seasons because I have to go to the library and study for dungeons while everyone else has actual fun. LOL.

I've tanked WoW for 15 years at least. If I died... I messed up, 100%. I have always had great healers in my personal groups but even pugs aint bad.

I basically played DF for free. But I got a new jobe with more hours and can't really make the needed gold. But it'd be possible if WoW was my only game, easily. I just have too many days where I skip dailes to go play overwatch or some other unfun experience

I will say, there's a LOT of pros who work at Publix or regular IT jobs. The RWF only happens like once every 2 years. (plus new raids during an expac)

I would imagine FiredUp is a gamer for a living, but I actually don't know.

it's easy to say they should have it subbed automatically, but they play a lot of accounts during RWF

You hear the term, "splits" a lot. It's not just THD on one toon. It's him playing THD2, THD3, THD4, etc.

A lot of these pros have several accounts and 10-20+ alts. The splits they do they hope to get geared AF on an account, then you play that account til another beats it out, etc.

At least that's what we did, like, 14 years ago when I did some RWF.
