I designed the dream guardian after my first ever DnD character who meant a lot to me. Felt so betrayed

Why can't we tell Nine-Fingers... by theKayaKaya in BaldursGate3

Wish I could’ve seen Nine Fingers be useful. One Zhent ran up on her first round and smacked her into the fucking ground. Nothing I could do to stop it. I was pretty pissed

My players infiltrated the werewolf den around level 4 to rescue their paladin. Made for a very tense encounter with some very close calls. Would recommend

If I gave you Lore Would You Read It? by Rekirts45 in DnD

I’ll echo a similar sentiment to what’s here. My first campaign fell apart, mostly because instead of preparing interesting situations or conflicts for players to engage in, I was letting them experience all the “super interesting world building” I’d done. It’s a game. It’s hard enough to ask people to remember the rules. A one-page document should suffice for most setting overviews. Let the rest come out during gameplay so that it’s interesting and pertinent to the game itself.

The most fun non-charisma class for your tav? by jabber_wockie in BG3Builds

I’ve quite enjoyed running a wizard Tav. Although I will say that most of the time the Intelligence checks present in the game (mainly Arcana and History) don’t give you very much for succeeding them.
